Bio Age questionnaire integration

Estimate employees’ biological age in under 5 minutes and use the results to start tailored workplace wellbeing conversations. The Bio Age questionnaire uses lifestyle factors (activity, diet, sleep, stress) to estimate biological age vs. chronological age and make health risks easier to discuss.

How it works

You need an active Hylyght license and access to the Bio Age questionnaire. Once activated, you add employees to Hylyght, create a session with the questionnaire and share the link so each person can complete it at a moment that suits them best.

Step 1 – Activate the questionnaire

Contact Hylyght via to activate the Bio Age questionnaire on your account. The questionnaire is available in English, Dutch and French; other languages are available on request.

Step 2 – Invite employees

Add employees or members to the Hylyght platform. Create a Bio Age session, add the questionnaire and share the individual link so each participant can complete the questions in under 5 minutes, wherever they are.

Step 3 – Use results and reports

Employees receive their biological age score, lifestyle risk factor breakdown and personalized recommendations. You can download and share an individual report from Hylyght and use it as a starting point for health coaching conversations or wellbeing programmes, while individual results are not accessible to the employer.

Who uses this integration?

This integration is built for organisations that want quick, structured workplace wellbeing insights. Employers, HR teams and health partners can use it to better understand health-related risk factors in their workforce while keeping individual employee data protected.

Why use the Bio Age questionnaire with Hylyght?

The Bio Age questionnaire runs in the same environment where you already manage participants and physical tests in Hylyght. That makes it easy to invite employees, collect results and download individual reports without extra tools or manual processing. Hylyght’s setup keeps individual scores and recommendations separate from day-to-day HR decisions, and individual results are never shared with the employer, supporting GDPR-compliant workplace wellbeing initiatives.
