About pricing

What is included in the license price?
  • 12 months of unlimited testing, monitoring, and creating training programs for every 'active' person.
  • Upon renewal, persons who were not tested or had no training program in the last 12 months are considered 'inactive'. You can keep and access their data without additional cost for as long as you have a license. If they are tested again, we consider them 'active' again.
  • Admin accounts with access to all data are always free.

I want to monitor a large number of athletes or patients

Our pricing is volume-based: the price per person drops as the number of persons increases. For really large projects, this can be as little as €1 or less per person per year. Contact us for a quote.

What if I need additional accounts?

Additional accounts are charged when the license is up for renewal, at the same price per person as your pre-paid accounts.

Can I download all data when I stop using the platform?

You can download or export your data at all times, so no information is lost.

Can I get a separate license for clubs or other organizations I work with?

A sub-organization with a separate database can be set up (e.g. for a sports club or other affiliate). This is GDPR compliant, users in the sub-organization have no access to data in other organizations or the 'top' organization.

Can I get a discount?
  • We offer discounts for longer commitments with a yearly invoice:
    • 3 years = 10% discount
    • 5 years = 20% discount
  • Referral program: when one or more organizations join on your recommendation, you will receive a one-off discount of 10% of the annual contract value of the introduced organization(s) on your next invoice. They get a 10% discount as well.

Can I get a white-label platform with my own branding and urls?

We can customize the platform with your own branding and urls. This option is available for partnerships of 3 years and longer and at an extra cost.

Can Hylyght integrate with our devices or systems?

Yes. Hylyght supports a growing set of hardware and API integrations.
